Inflatable Tips & Tricks

Inflatables are a fantastic way to add a touch of festivity and spread the joy of Ramadan with you community. However, like any outdoor product, they can experience wear and tear over time due to sun exposure, water, and various weather conditions. But don’t worry! We’re here to help you with some easy fixes and repairs to keep your inflatables looking their best.

1. Patch Up Small Holes
If you notice a small hole or tear in your inflatable, don’t panic! Most minor damages can be easily repaired with a patch kit. You can purchase a patch kit specifically designed for inflatables or use a piece of strong, waterproof tape (FlexTape or Crystal Clear Gorilla Tape). Clean the area around the hole, apply the patch or tape, and make sure it adheres well. Allow it to set for a few hours before inflating again.

2. Preventing Sun Damage
Sun exposure can fade colors and weaken the material of your inflatables. To prevent this, try to place your inflatables in shaded areas when possible. If they must be in direct sunlight, consider using a UV protectant spray designed for outdoor fabrics. This can help prolong the life of your inflatables and keep them vibrant.

3. Protecting against water
For added protection from rain and moisture, you may cover the adapter connection with a plastic cover (ziploc bag) and duct tape.

4. Cleaning Your Inflatables
Keeping your inflatables clean is essential for their longevity. Use a mild soap and water solution to wipe down the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material. After cleaning, make sure to dry them thoroughly before storing them away to prevent mold and mildew.

5. Storing Your Inflatables
When the season is over, proper storage is key. Make sure your inflatables are completely dry before folding them up. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid placing heavy objects on top of them to prevent creasing or damage.

6. Seasonal Maintenance
